About this Class
This class is suitable for all levels of student, and is a great opportunity to meditate with the strength and focus of the group. We also have an opportunity for general discussion about your own daily practice and any issue or questions that arise from week to week. There is no need to be a Buddhist - these qualities relate to all of us. You can join at any time. Led by Carolyn Mason.
