Yoga Class - Evenings
This class is suitable for beginners with minimal injuries
or serious health conditions, unless you have done yoga in the past
and are aware of any limitations. This will allow for yoga students
with previous experience to join the group and be offered stronger
positions (asanas and pranayama) if suitable. If you are unsure
about whether the class will suit you, please contact Camille and
discuss any concerns.
Yoga
assists us to be able to sit for longer periods in comfort, to alleviate
physical pain in the body, to strengthen, align and open the body
in a gradual, safe and pleasurable way. The mind is well-prepared
for meditation and study through concentration development, stress
relief and breath awareness. General health and well-being are improved
by a regular yoga practice.
About Camille Jeboult
Camille Jeboult has been teaching yoga since 2002 and studying Buddhism
at Langri Tangpa Centre. Camille has a martial arts background and

Gentle
Yoga Class - Daytime
Yoga Chi Gung is a unique synthesis od classical Indian yoga,
pilates, Chi Gung, Feldenkreis, Tai Chi and Alexander technique.
YCG is most suitable for all levels of fitness and age groups.
In YCG we do not encourage overstretching the

all exercises are body friendly focusing on extension with ease.
The practice begins with a short relaxation, joint release exercise
followed by dynamic vinyasa flowing exercises, and body friendly
floor postures. We finish with an extended deep relation. Class
duration is 90 minutes.
Benefits of Yoga Chi Gung
- release of tension and blockage

- catalyses inner stillness
- works strongly on circulatory, digestive and
lymphatic system and internal organs

Mindfulness
Retreat Day
We all get stressed. We all seek relief. Mindfulness
can help. Mindfulness is, in its simplest mode, paying attention
to each moment of experience with freshness, silence, clarity and
precision. Originally taught by the Buddha some 2,500 years ago,
mindfulness continues to benefit minds and hearts with its profound
simplicity and richness of methods. Modern psychologists and doctors
have seen its value and utilized mindfulness in therapy for conditions
such as depression, anxiety, pain and stress.
A
monthly retreat day to learn and practice mindfulness skills, attitudes
and mindsets to foster serenity and insight, deepen our presence,
soften our hearts and nurture a more stable inner peace. Guided
retreat including short, mindful recitations from the Buddhist tradition,
silent sitting alternated with walking meditations. Key instructions
at each session, ending with question and answer.

Ayurvedic

Natural Therapies Spring Detox
Spring is upon us once again - time to banish the flu and rebuild
our strength. As Nature renews, we turn to doing our own renewal,
usually as a detox - but are we approaching it correctly??? Discover
the who, what, when, where, how and why of detoxing from an Ayurvedic
Medicine perspective. Ayurveda is the traditional Indian medicine
known as the 'Science of Life'. It works with cause and effect as
it relates to our own individual body type. Plan your spring detox
individually suited to your own needs.
Natural
Therapies is a system of treating a person’s well-being by
using a range of modalities which stimulate the body’s innate
ability to heal itself. These modalities can be used to compliment
more orthodox and traditional forms of medicine. The benefits of
using the modalities of Natural Therapy are many as they work on
the various levels of our body – physical, mental, emotional.
